It seems rather insulting that the stupid and cruel times in which we’re in have also become the Real Housewives-ification of everything. This trend continued recently, courtesy of the worst people you know, going through the most predictable breakup of all time. The orange asshole and Apartheid Tony Stark went at it across their various social media platforms, and while I feel sorry for our country, the content was indeed tremendous.
In addition to it being stupid and predictable, the back and forth begged the question that if the other were as horrible to them as they now claim, why did they support one another’s rampant ruining of, well, everything? Unfortunately that’s a logical question and logic was buried at the bottom of the sea long ago, so oh well. (Though I do encourage any political reporter who may be reading to dig it up and ask.)
Instead what we’re left to do is laugh at the fallout, which at least provided one gem from some random Bitcoin Bro account.
i’ve been mumbling this to myself for hours

Yes I will be saying ‘Brother please this is ultra bad for my coins’ for the foreseeable future. Whether or not the thing is actually ultra bad for my coins or not is immaterial, it’s just a truly hilarious collection of words, and the dumbest possible attempted interjection to stop the fighting between two of the worst and most powerful people on the planet.
What truly dumb and dangerous times we live in. In fact, I would venture to go so far as to say that these times are ultra bad for my coins. Alright. Enough. Let’s woso.

NWSL players are built different. All the international break did was keep some from the chaos they enjoy, crave, and demand. With all that chaos built up, they unleashed banger after banger after banger.

Gotham got Chesky’d, but the Current still look just as scary even though they’re missing Debinha, who was playing at an MVP level before her injury.
The Pride have had some uncharacteristic struggles consistently linking their midfield and attack. They addressed this issue by coming out of nowhere to announce the signing of Simone Jackson, a collegiate standout at USC (on a team that also featured Croix Bethune). It seems my excitement about the Dash is premature, but that is to be expected. There are a handful of moves they still need to make, but I would also appreciate seeing a little bit of progress given some of the talent they brought in during the offseason. This likely won’t happen against Orlando though.
A primary thing to watch in the late slate will be the introduction of whatever tweaks Angel City’s new coach, Alexander Straus, might be implementing. He’s a serious coach and has a lot of talent he can piece together in various ways. He’s just landed and blown his whistle on a training pitch a few times, but I’m eager to see what that team can become under him.

This match will likely have weird vibes, as the Spirit’s pre-match presser didn’t do anything to explain to supporters why Jona Giráldez is leaving in the middle of the season—a thing he refused to do while at Barcelona. Anyway, the Courage’s new 3-4-2-1 formation began to falter before the break, so we’ll see if Nahas added any tweaks.
